Xaime Niembro

Xaime Niembro was born in Queretaro, Mexico in 1982. He opened his first hotel in 2008 and shortly thereafter fell in love with mezcal. With four friends, he opened Gracias a Dios Mezcaleria that same year. Two years later, he met mezcalero Oscar Hernandez, and they soon formed Gracias a Dios Mezcal, which they have co-managed since 2011.
